Sam Phillips

Sam is the Founding Managing Director of K3 Advantage. With over 15 years of experience in advisory services and having been a client himself, he founded the business to transform due diligence, improve the transaction experience and unlock greater value from data across the deal lifecycle.

Sam was previously a Partner at PKF, following roles at Grant Thornton and EY. At PKF, he built and led a market-leading Transactions team that completed over 100 deals worth more than £1bn.

His experience is predominantly private equity-led, across both buy- and sell-side transactions, giving him a strong understanding of both perspectives. He has worked across most sectors, with particular expertise in TMT, consumer, manufacturing and healthcare.
