James Reed-Sperrin

James, Managing Director at K3 Advantage, joined the team to bring a fresh approach to transactional support. His work includes financial due diligence, vendor assistance and vendor due diligence services.

Over the years, James has worked with a mix of private equity, corporate and private clients, on businesses ranging from SMEs to large listed international groups.

His experience includes a wide variety of deals, including Saudi Aramco’s joint venture with Lanxess, KKR’s acquisition of Trainline.com, Gresham’s sale of James Grant Group, the refinancing of Brasserie Blanc, and the listings of Perform Group plc and Aquis Exchange plc.
