Holly Bedford

Holly, Managing Director and co-founded K3 Tax Advisory in 2021 and leads its Transactions and Corporate & Structuring teams.

Holly started her career in the Big 4 in 1991, working in the Corporate and International Tax groups in London and the USA. On returning to the UK in 2005, she spent 10 years at a specialist corporate finance firm, providing tax advice to SME owners, due diligence and buy-side and sell-side deal support. She then spent four years as a Tax Advisory Partner at a medium-sized accountancy firm, leading the Transactional Tax and Employer Solutions services, before forming K3 Tax Advisory. Holly is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).

Clients benefit from Holly’s experience of advising SME owners and supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, alongside her work on corporate and international tax.
