Vincent Salcedo

Vincent is a Senior Data Engineer in the Strategy & Data team at K3 Advantage, where he builds the data pipelines and visualisations that turn raw information into clear, decision-ready insight for clients. He helps businesses trust their numbers and act on them faster, whether that means consolidating scattered data sources or designing dashboards leaders actually use. Vincent takes a practical, client-focused approach: he listens first, builds what is genuinely useful, and automates wherever possible to save time and reduce manual effort.

Vincent has more than a decade of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. He began as a systems engineer at Indra Philippines, then moved to Emerson Electric, where he built executive dashboards and delivered automation that removed duplicated effort. He went on to lead the BI function at Maya Bank, then supported UK accountancy firm Hazlewoods LLP as a Senior BI Analyst. He holds a BSc in Management Information Systems, specialising in business intelligence, from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certification.

Clients come to Vincent for ETL, data modelling and visualisation, particularly Tableau and Power BI dashboards that make complex data easy to act on. He is known for end-to-end delivery, from gathering requirements and building pipelines through to testing, documentation and ongoing support, and for replacing manual reporting with reliable automation. Having built solutions across banking, professional services and industrial sectors, he understands how different businesses use data, and he has also worked on AI chatbot development.

Outside work, Vincent is a married father of two boys. He spends his free time with family, playing racket sports together or cheering on his sons as they go on their own sports journeys.
